Crew Support: Temporary cover word wide. Relief crew support for leave periods, Deliveries, yard periods or any general help necessary - All levels Cap/ CO/ OOW - All size vessels

Administration: Paper work on board can often seem never ending often detracting from daily operation. We can help with all aspects; whether it's writing training manuals, procedures, designing forms, SOP's, risk assessments, FAM's or structuring a whole system or enhancing an existing

On Board Operations: Assistance with development of all on board operations to best practice. Aim is to reduce workloads and simplify, making it easier & safer to do those everyday tasks. Implementing SMS, ISM, ISPS, PMS, training or Go in, set it all up, establish a team & hand it over

Crew Training: Whether you are looking at training a new deck crew for daily operations or enhancing best practice - we are happy to help

Consulting/ Advisory service: Sometimes we could all do with a different view point. Our aim is to smooth out the wrinkles of daily operations in order to unburden departments from task loading work. A neutral un biased service, supporting and enhancing existing structure in order to maintain/ improve and monitor over all levels and standards of operation

Yards/ Builds/ Conversions: Happy to help in all aspects of on board development and management at any stage. Maybe you just need an extra helping hand for a short period with initial works, sign off and handovers or sea trials, prep for audits & surveys OR establishing all on board structure for operations and management.
